This week we used a new platform called MURAL. The way we used it was to be able to give input on what we wanted the class discussions to be geared towards. It was a good way to be able to be anonymous, but also have a voice!
In my future PHE classes, I plan on giving the students some choice on what we will cover in the class. I could use MURAL as a way of collecting the different suggestions that we will cover in class. Mural has a cool tool that allows students to then vote on the ideas that are suggested. Once the voting is done it then tallies it up, and makes a count/ ranking of what was most popular. It also leaves room for me as a teacher to facilitate this system because I can add to the document anonymously and help give students ideas!
