This week I am going to try something somewhat new… Yoga!
I have done yoga before through basketball which had us do 1 yoga class a week, however, since then I have not participated in yoga as much as I would have liked to.
This youtube video was a great and easy way to go through a full-body stretch flow to relieve stress while also taking part in a low-intensity exercise. I really enjoyed how simple and easy to follow this video was, and how the yoga included was not overly complex, and effective.
