Welcome!
This is going to be a place where I explore more about fitness & nutrition, sharing resources, what I am hoping/ have tried, workouts, etc. I am excited to be learning more about this as I am already interested in fitness & nutrition but do not get to set enough time aside for it as I would like. I am hoping it will help me reach my fitness goals and allow me to learn more recipes, workouts, habits, and a new lifestyle after being a varsity athlete (read my next post “From Athlete to Human” to get to know that side of me a little more!)
